She transitioned into the Fraud field and gained experience not only in problem-solving and risk management but also in maintaining user trust in delicate situations, successfully resolving over 4,000 cases.
These different fields helped her develop a good mix of skills, including strategic communication to player-focused insights, which she applies now in the iGaming industry, making sure that messaging resonates with players while supporting the integrity and growth of the brand.
Alexandra holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication and PR, providing a strong foundation in strategic messaging, media relations and audience engagement.
