I joined wagerbeat, I won a small amount over a few days but had issues with games and the wallet, I contacted support department via chat and email trying to find our what was going on with my withdrawal as they cancelled it each time, once I verified the account again once more I had not had winnings deposit into the my account so once more contacted support due to conditions I lost my winnings also none of the issues were resolved even after proof the one of their games have gotten stuck on the last free roll which had been issues once more with the wallet and refused saying it had been paid out days before hand so be very careful on those site and the sisters sites as I've created a couple of free accounts to look into them as well to find out they use the same terms and conditions that very from your promotions to your free spins I will

this brand of casino are the worst, there are several of them that go by Bonza wager beat Roo casino allspinswin spins win pokiesway.hidden bonus conditions does Loophole to confiscate winnings and chat stuff who takes long to respond making user frustrated from wait times or giving up trying to chat minimum they're trying to clear a bonus is 20% so even if you get a small bonus from free spins your maximum bet clearing a 35 to 50 WR may only be 20 to 60 cents if you had a small when under $3 verification process can be lengthy and they will put your money back into your account in the hope that tire you out and you'll play it through there anyway I might have that where I have reversed machines seemed a bit more unusually tighter like can't get a win on any game, tight.tried to close account was kept on chat half an hour to an hour of time I didn't really have to sit around only to hear they couldn't close my account and I need to send an email and that it would be really lovely if I could put all my issues with why I was closing my account in an email at the same time as they would like to make their casino better place I said I said no they should send my transcript and they said we don't do that I said could you please close my account oh no I can't do that eitherSo this casino and sisters all the same. I find it very sad that it's even so difficult to remove myself and accounts.

I really like this casino! I havent withdrawn from this casino yet, but i have deposited, had no luck unfortunately, but they have a good selection of slots for aussie players.

Wagerbeat cancelled 7 withdrawals totalling $3500 saying i was in default of bonus terms over $22. Even if this was the case it would of been for one witbdrawal only not all 7. This casino is a scam and i am so disgusted. And why if i had breached their terms did they still allow me to come 5th in their Ultimate Slot Championship and award me $200 if i had breached their terms i should not have been able to win

SCAM SCAM SCAM i opened an account thinking this was a legitimate casino game. Played twice won nothing. Decided to look into the company a little more found a great deal of fake reviews, profiles and Facebook adverts on selling pages! Then messaged there so called customer support to request my personal and banking information being deleted. They didn’t even come close to doing that for me. Now some scam has my information and wont give it up! Forcing me to take further action to protect my own money. Please do not pass your details onto these guys!!!!!!

I have deposited over $10,000 into WAGER BEAT, Finally get a withdrawal total amount won over a continuous 4 days $22,090. - i withdrew 4 x $5000 and left $2000 in my account to play with. I was so stoked to have won so much money over the 4 day period i withdrew and reversed i cash in loyality points. then after logging off for a few hours logged back on to say : YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN CLOSED. there is no way of contacting wager beat by phone.i recieved oe email which said ii have breached the bonus policy by betting $2 and i should have only bet $1. . after reviewing my account i can confirm i did bet the correct amount for the play through amount, i have sent over 20 emails to wager beat with not one reply. I DO NOT RECOMMEND WAGER BEAT TO ANYONE MAJOR RIP OFFS

This casino has been built in the past and has been very busy with the number of customers who deserve much more support than they have already done with their customers in a few ways that they were able to withdraw their money from the company and then disregard the decision and they have.

Good gameplay .. international style ,enjoy n winning

So far for New casino is good n hope can upgrade to be more entertaining n servis is great

Slow chat, not very helpful staff and disappointed in site overall. Thumbs down for this site.

Played wager beat casino online won $14,500 and when tried to withdrawal money told that I was only aloud to make $8 bets because of the bonus $100 code I used. They have taken the $14000 out of my account and given me a $20 bonus credit for miss understanding. Do not use bonus codes because they have some many things in the terms and conditions that's you never get your money back .

This casino says it takes United States players. But after all the sign up and stuff and trying to use their bonus' then it pops up a message that says "We don't take players from your jurisdiction. I would not want to actually end up depositing at a casino that leads players around like this.

No USA players accepted, be careful!

Thought it was a good casino till i won 7k the other day when i tried to withdraw they said i breeched the T&C's an cancelled the full 7k not a thing i can do about i wouldn't recommend it

Nice staff that and very friendly. Great options on games from slots to table games. Great to kill time or just look around I'm sure you will love this casino.

So far best casino I have played at in a long time, particularly being from Australia.

I register at this casino and i asked the chat if they have any no deposit bonus or free spins !The chat welcomes me after 5 minutes and then they answered me after 5 minutes and more ! The live chat is really slow i dont recommend this casino !

I lost about € 1200 at the site. I also used my first deposit bonus. After losing, I contacted the Loyality Division who willingly provided me with a certain amount of goodwill bonus. I think this is a really nice gesture, unlike other casinos, where such is not possible. Thanks! In addition to not getting a penny on the site, I can not say bad about the page. They are only a platform that provides the use of games and the resulting loss does not qualify for the casino!
