Tried to cash out $500, interaction went as follows:-Request for cashout, Denied due to No Documents, returned $500-Documents submitted and aproved, request for cashout, denied due to incoming bank details missing, returned $500- Request for Cashout, Denied and entire amount removed due to the aboveSo now i have emailed their support team 7 times in the last 3 weeks, with 0 response, Do not play on this fake site.

Rip off, won $2800.00 but appzrently withdrawal was refused due to breech. Bet $10 when active bonus. Wtf, filled out all necessary forms took over a week. Don't play there, custo er service is shit and after reading other reviews you'll see. Play else where. Dont get sucked in

Unfortunately I was unable to withdraw $500 in winnings made from my first Neosurf deposit even though it had accepted my Bankwire withdrawal request then absolutely nothing happened. I received no contact at all & then suddenly the withdrawal funds requested were back in my available cash balance. Its a real shame.....another casino that’s a fake! Thankfully I hadn’t given my credit card details I’m sure it would have been a very bad thing....

On 2 occasions I have had wins over $500 on both occasions this casino replied that “the audit team has rejected my withdrawal request due to a breach in the T&C” that know I didn’t breach and that they insist I did. The breach in question was betting over the limits that applied to that bonus. The first time they insisted I made several bets over $25 (I have never betted that high) the second they claimed it was $3. But because of their previous issue with my withdrawal I’m certain I kept the bet at $1 or less... regardless I will never play there again. I advise everyone to stay away from there unless you feel like a fight to get your winnings. This casino will attempt to cheat you out of your winnings .

Yes it s poor casino for a new one the costumer service are suck no categorie games choisses and the bonuse terms and conditon not resonable for mee should work harder

i am not really into it... this family of casinos ( i have seen a looot of casinos from this family, maybe ten or so) only let you redeem free welcome bonuses in a specific amount of belonging sites, then, when u register on a new casino, if its belongs to their group online gamblong sites, they says that u are not able to get any bonus... i have wasted my time in here

Just browsed through this online casino after seeing the very los ratings this place is receiving for curiosity. Well the site is very low quality and the slot games aren't that attractive and some I've never seen before, table games have the minimum and that's it.. What's important to me is the fairness and loyalty..

I have only deposited here once but purely enjoyed their games on desktop. The only thing im not too keen on is their layout for mobile, otherwise i really like this casino.

Pokie Spins WONT PAYOUT Jackpot winThis casino gave me a spin on a wheel and I won the Jackpot slot. Instead it paid me a 50 free spins which was the next box to the Jackpot Box. Chat 24/7 wouldn’t comment on it an basically said unlucky and the VIP section won’t even reply to my email even with the screen shot as proof. they also withheld my account from being verified for 5 weeks which stopped me from withdrawals.dont waste ur time or money with them

Site states , rest assured our 24/7 customer support are available. I made contact through live chat after a few hours of waiting with not 1 reply I sent a email which was on the 8th July. Today is the 21st July and still I have no reply. Yes I have frequently inbetween sent messages via live support and nothing. Poor poor customer support.

$2000+ and only 5 free spins and biggest win probaly $20 .. On a $5 bet !

Signed up (Australian player) to get free bonus you need to verify mobile number. Recieved the bonus without a hassle and played. Got a small win which kept me entertained for 10min before losing it. Over all good variety of games and good layout of casino website
