$10 No Deposit Bonus at Cafe Casino

This what happened to me. you guys make conclusions yourselves.

I lost on bovada, so to change energy I switched to cafecasino. deposited 113.25 with 600% bonus!! 35x rollover, 10x max cashout. 

I won, made 5000, then it was naturally adjusted to 1130$ which was the rules.

then I won with that up to 5800$. and requested cashout for 2400.00 with btc. Well usually it is supposed to take 1 or two days, but the rules say 72 hours, so I waited for 3 days. then I called customer service for day 4, day 5, day 6, day 7. Every time they told me the cashout is on its final stage, almost there...

As i never cashed out there I was very nervous and impatient. I understand that they wanted me to play amd lose, but I needed the money, so I was holding myself. The worst part was that I was bot sure that they would give it to me, so I started getting paranoid. 

Ia sure eventually they would have given me the money, but I got too paranoic and played and lost it. 

My conclusion is , if you win money, request by small portions 500 or so. 

even though customer care is great and reassuring , still 

it is very unpleasent and insulting to feel that people in finantial team would not even talk to you , and purposely postpone your cashout treating you like an experimental animal (in their understanding). well i guess, another person with less regard to what others feel would have easily waited , but I am emotional and when winning i get very happy and I dont want to be treated like that. 

next time I will know that money has no friends
