Deposited played and won. Didn't need to deposit any further as I was playing with my winnings. I withdraw £200. (Previously have withdraw 490) my account was fully verified with documents. And then I get an email saying my account has been closed for a 'wealth' review. And now want to see pay slips etc. Even though I wasn't depositing over the past week just playing with my winnings. So the money I had won and asked to withdraw was but back into the slots account from withdrawal status. I have told them after this I don't want to reopen my account. But I do want the money I have won. I was told on Monday I would hear something back in 48 hours. Still nothing. They only closed my account and got sent to the risk team as I was a risk to their business cause I was winning more than I was putting in. I will be taking this further if the money is not received. I have played so many sites over so many years and I have never had to complain or go through this. I would never play on their sites again.
