Chipy: Tell us more about yourself and Mancala Gaming.

Nikita: I hold a particular fondness for the skill-based gameplay featured in Portal Master, making it my most cherished mechanic. Notwithstanding, my ultimate preference in the realm of slots is undeniably The Last Quack.

Chipy: Which game do the players prefer? Is it one that you expected to stick to initially?

Nikita: The perennial favorites among our player base continue to be industry classics, particularly those featuring timeless themes such as fruits and jackpot elements—exemplified by our widely enjoyed Buffalo Game. 

Our foresight proved accurate, as these games were anticipated to be a resounding success, aligning seamlessly with the prevailing market preference for classic mechanics.

Chipy: After Spain and Italy most recently, to which country are you planning to take your games in the future?

Nikita: Presently, our focus is dedicated to the diligent pursuit of licensing our games for the Czech market. This holds particular significance for us, given our headquarters' location in the Czech Republic and our well-established network of local clients. 

The prospect of collaborating with these esteemed clients is one we eagerly anticipate, and we are committed to fostering strong connections within our home market. 

Our efforts in securing licensing reflect our dedication to providing an enriched gaming experience tailored to the preferences of the Czech audience.

Chipy: How do you come up with all of the ideas for all the different types of games you are releasing?

Nikita: At our studio, we remain attuned to online trends, consistently gathering insights from our Sales and Account Management team. 

Our approach to inspiration extends beyond traditional casino themes and mathematical models; we actively explore diverse online experiences and communities that may sometimes be overlooked. 

The definition of localization for us is fluid, adapting based on the specific age segmentation we aim to target.

With a keen eye on innovation, we are constantly searching for the next significant trend, whether within the gambling sphere or beyond. This proactive stance allows us to draw inspiration from a variety of sources, driving our creativity and enabling the development of fresh and compelling concepts. 

Our commitment to staying ahead of the curve ensures that we are well-positioned to create engaging and innovative gaming experiences for our audience.

Chipy: Having started in 2019 and already gaining so much recognition, you must have done something very right. What do you think it was?

Nikita: We started very aggressively pushing our product in the market at the very start. That meant a speedy distribution of our games to all major platforms, aggregators, and independent operators.

This strategy proved successful and remains our main focus from the sales perspective as we are constantly targeting new markets.

Chipy: The pandemic didn’t seem to have impacted you in a negative way; how do you see the road ahead, given that particular hurdle right at the start of your journey?

Nikita: The pandemic appears to have conferred a notable boon upon our industry. With the temporary closure of land-based operators during this period, players sought the comfort of gambling from their homes, presenting a distinct advantage for the online sector, including our operations. 

As we navigate the future, the trajectory ahead seems promising, promising a landscape ripe with favorable opportunities.

Chipy: How do you contribute to support responsible gaming?

Nikita: I believe the entire industry shares a responsibility in fostering a safe gaming environment. Internally, we utilize dedicated tools to identify potential issues and consistently collaborate with our partners to address them, empowering them to make informed decisions.

Acknowledging the diverse requirements across jurisdictions and partners, our commitment is to adapt promptly to each unique set of circumstances and expectations.

Similar to other providers, we have established partnerships with reputable laboratories, both domestically and internationally, including GLI, which consistently assesses our Random Number Generator (RNG). 

The upcoming year holds significant importance for us as we set our sights on obtaining multiple certifications. These certifications will serve to strengthen the unwavering commitment we have maintained since our inception.
