Chipy’s Exclusive Interview with Evoplay’s CEO & CCO - Ivan Kravchuk and Vladimir Malakchi

Chipy: Hello Ivan, hello Vladimir! We are really excited to have you here on Chipy on the first double interview we ever had, it really is a great opportunity! Tell us a little about how you two make such a great team together.

Ivan: Vladimir and I have been collaborating for several years now, and it has been an incredibly rewarding experience. We both bring different skill sets to the table that have enabled us to form a strong and effective working relationship, which I am so happy about. 

For instance, I bring my game development expertise, while Vladimir provides business solutions for overall business growth. Together, we have been able to form a cohesive team that can tackle any project efficiently and effectively, head-on. Our complementary skill sets have enabled us to produce the best possible results for our partners. And these results are proof.
 

Vladimir: Ivan and I are a force to be reckoned with, that’s for sure. Our unique combination of creative and strategic minds, combined with a strong marketing and commercial focus, has been a driving force behind the success of our partnership and the delivery of exceptional gaming titles to players around the world. 

Despite our different personalities, our diverse views and perspectives allow us to look at the business from multiple angles. Our shared vision of how Evoplay can grow and evolve unites us, and our effective teamwork has seen us reach great heights in the market

Chipy: Evoplay was founded in 2017 when your journey started. What would you say are the biggest accomplishments?

Ivan: Over the past three years, Evoplay has released numerous highly acclaimed titles that have made waves in the iGaming industry. Each of our releases is an accomplishment in itself; you know, a lot of time and resources go into developing games that are optimized for its partners and exciting for its players. 

Of course, how can I not mention our biggest pride; our flagship titles, such as Star Guardians, Dungeon: Immortal Evil, as well as the World Cup-inspired instant games -  Penalty Series, Penalty Shoot-out, and Football Bet, which have proved to be popular among sports bettors.

The core idea the iGaming world is purely for casino players is a little outdated, at the least. Casino games are also for sports bettors and computer gamers, and many other audiences. 
 

Vladimir: Evoplay has achieved remarkable success throughout this period. Our reputed games have become available to players in many markets across the globe.

Our innovative ideas and high-tech implementations have established us as a renowned iGaming developer, garnering the attention of not only players but leading providers, too, resulting in numerous partnerships. Dare I say; we have also received a substantial amount of prestigious industry awards, cementing our reputation as a leading force in the gaming industry.

Chipy: What is your common perspective on the future of iGaming, and how will Evoplay contribute to it?

Ivan: I expect to see iGaming continue to grow in popularity as more and more people become comfortable with using technology to access their favorite games. 

These days, a casino game is no longer just about the traditional fruit reels. We continuously strive to stay ahead of the curve, modernizing visuals, interface, gamification, and design to meet the changing needs of the market. Ivan: That’s a good question; the future of game development looks very promising; in my humble opinion, with a blend of traditional approaches and modern tools, we are devoted to pushing the boundaries of game creation and discovering new avenues to make and deliver unique experiences. 

I want to emphasize that we put a lot of work into constructing immersive and fascinating titles that keep players hooked while also creating enjoyable and engaging game features.

This gives us the opportunity to further refine our titles by using the most recent trends and technologies. With our commitment to innovation and betting orientation, we can guarantee that the future of game development will be full of stimulating and rewarding experiences!
 

Chipy: I am sure that, just like us, our community cannot wait to know what Evoplay will launch in 2023. So, tell us, what are the plans to make this year even better? We are highly interested in the new games that will be released.

Ivan: To make this year even better! By implementing the industry’s best gaming elements, such as tournaments, quests, and Bonus Buy options, I’m sure because of this; we will remain ahead of the competition. Our exciting and immersive games offer not only an entertaining experience but also a captivating one.

Chipy: Could you give us some insights about the science behind your products? What are your go-to mechanics, and how come they are so attractive?

Ivan: Not only science goes into making our games, but also magic and years of expertise. We understand players, their needs, and what excites them. That’s why we create the perfect formula for our games, tailored to the player’s interests. 

All our games are developed based on analysis. We analyze the gap in the market and fill it with our out-of-the-box titles. We constantly experiment with new ideas and gather feedback from players and closely monitor the industry to ensure our games are always fresh and exciting. That’s probably and not only makes us unique in the eyes of our partners and players.


Chipy: Vladimir, we would like to know more about you. What would you say are the core values of Evoplay?

Joining Evoplay was the ideal opportunity for me to put this knowledge and experience to use with its unique game portfolio and focus on innovation. By combining creative assets with a comprehensive development plan, we were able to reach great heights in the iGaming industry.

Chipy: We learned about the new games that will be released in 2023. Can our community expect any other products or services that can take the gambling experience to the next level?

Chipy: We really enjoyed SiGMA Malta 2022, but we are curious about your opinions. Did this conference positively impact your current and future partnerships?

Vladimir: We had an amazing time at SiGMA Malta, one of the leading iGaming gatherings. Our team was equipped with an exclusive offer - a cross-channel World Cup-inspired football package.

This package was designed to reach a broad audience - from iGamers to sports bettors and fans seeking newfangled sports-themed entertainment. We are proud to announce that we took home the prestigious award for Game Developer of the Year, proving once again how much our products are recognized and appreciated by providers and players.

Chipy: We are also curious about the team behind that makes it all possible. What inspires and drives them to create such amazing gambling products?

Vladimir: I’m truly proud to have such an incredible team by my side. Our creativity and willingness to explore new ideas are the driving force behind our success.

Our team members are passionate about video games, as well as knowledgeable about cutting-edge trends in the digital and entertainment industries.

Additionally, everyone is highly ambitious and results-oriented, always striving for perfection. Working together, we have created some truly amazing games that demonstrate our strengths. It’s an honor to lead such a talented and dedicated team.

Chipy: What are the markets you are currently providing your products? Are there any markets you wish to expand in the near future?

Vladimir: This year has been a major success for us as we’ve expanded our partner network and coverage to bring our top-notch titles to an ever-growing audience. Our games can now be found on platforms worldwide, including our entrance into the Irish market and the active establishment of our presence in Italy, Romania, Croatia, LatAm countries, and many MGA-regulated markets. 

We have an ambitious expansion strategy that includes Switzerland, Mexico, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Greece, Spain, and Canada, and we are already making solid progress toward these goals. We are also continuing our development in LatAm, with an impressive 560% BetSum growth in 2022. With our ongoing efforts, we are confident that our games will reach even more people around the world.
