How do Q&As work?

It all starts with a question. Any logged-in user can ask a question.

Here are the things you should know about the Q&As:

• The Question goes to the Pending list until is Reviewed by our Quality Assurance Team. There are 2 possible outcomes:
  • If the question complies with our guidelines, we approve it and publish it on the website. 
  • If the question violates our guidelines we will deny it and therefore it will not get published.
• Once a question is published, any logged-in user can submit an answer. 
• There is also an option to comment on answers if they need additional information or want to add something to the discussion.
• Other users can mark answers as helpful. The more votes an answer receives, the more visible it will be on the platform. 
• The answer's author will  get 250 experience points and 50 coins for each helpful vote they receive. 
• A user can only mark an answer as helpful once.

What can the question owner do?

The Question Owner can:

• Comment on answers;
• Mark answers as helpful;
• Mark answers as “Accepted by owner”.

The answer author can:

• Reply to other users who commented on his answer;
• Comment on the answers of other users.
