Jackspay is a fine online casino. They have good games, friendly customer support and they do pay out. I have 2 withdrawals from welcome bonuses, and have recieved 1 today after 2 days of pending in my bitcoin wallet for $100 and am still waiting on the other $300. If for some reason I don't receive that I will update my review but so far been very happy here and will continue to play here.

Well, I really liked JacksPay casino. They have an excellent selection of games and decent bonuses as well. In fact, I would say it was one of my favorites.... Until I tried to withdraw. I happened to hit a pretty good win just a little before my playthrough was completed on a bonus I had claimed, and decided to go ahead and request a withdrawal after finishing my playthrough. Once I had done so and submitted my verification documents, I waited. And waited. I then (after several days) contacted support to see what the hold up was and to ask if they needed any more information. The guy was very nice, but as the conversation continued he basically, first, accused me of bonus abuse, which, after I continued to be nice and not get upset and to tell him that I am a frequently depositing customer who has made deposits without even claiming bonuses, so I'm not sure how that even makes sense. Then he proceeded to tell me that my account being locked is part of their normal verification process and that everything should be completed in a couple days, my account reopened and my withdrawal paid. This was over a week ago and nothing has changed. I am very sad because I really liked this casino. It was quickly becoming my favorite. Not only that, but I am being cheated out of my first decent win at an online casino, which I was super excited about. Hopefully someone who can help me will read this because I haven't been treated fairly and I would really appreciate some help and answers. Thanks.

As per our terms and conditions we had closed the account due to having more than one account opened in the household as well as barely meeting wagering requirements. There was also a reversal for a withdrawal you had and you had claimed a bonus that didn't allow reversals to be present. I live alone, in an apartment. What if the account belongs to someone who lives in a different unit? Or the person who lived in my unit before me? Or has the same IP address because we live in the same building? Is this other account even active? How am I supposed to know any of that? As far as barely meeting wagering requirements? Well, I played several bonuses down to nothing long after my "wagering requirements" were met. So I happened to have a good winning streak shortly before my playthrough was completed!? I didn't even withdraw my entire balance! You have GOT to be kidding me. And as far as claiming a bonus on a reverse withdrawal? It said right on the bonus banner itself "this promo can be claimed by depositing or reversing a withdrawal of $25 or more"- those are the exact words printed. Jackspay are scammers. You steal people's hard earned money. Obviously playing at any online casino, that's a risk we all take... until we've deposited, withdrawn, and received customer service from a casino you don't know if you're going to be screwed or not, but I know now. DO NOT DEPOSIT AT JACKSPAY.

Here's my issue- your terms and conditions are vague enough that your "support agents" can basically just make up rules as they see fit in order to be able to scam people out of their money. You are CLICKBAIT. It's that simple. I should have heeded the warnings I had read prior to depositing here. I tend to give everyone the benefit of a doubt though so I know it's my own fault. I will however post as many warnings to as many players as I possibly can because for some people gambling is an addiction and they will often deposit more than they have to spend, which means you are taking advantage of the less fortunate, and that is NOT okay.

To update my issue is not completely solved yet, I've had $10,033 in pending withdrawals dating back to the 20th, which the $500 just got paid, so I have $9533 in pending withdrawals dating back to the 1st of May.I am having trouble reaching management again for an update. I have emailed them twice now going back to May 18th. I was told by Taylor and NONSTOPBONUS.com's team who nominated jackspay for casino of the month in NOV 2021 that management would be in touch, but no luck so far. Taylor has reached out and said that going forward if my wagering was low like it was the past month, then going forward the withdrawal limits would be slashed / and payouts not expedited. He has sent me proof of my wagering which was 600k and one for 29k not sure which picture corresponds to a month or if it was by a weekly thing. My prior month or two months before I had wagered nearly 14 million and to my knowledge have lost a significant amount of money. Hence I played a lot more conservatively the following months to try to recoup some of the funds.I have told Taylor to relay to management that I would be more conscientious about my wagering going forward. I have checked their BTC wallet that I've been receiving funds from, and it doesn't seem like I'm the only one not getting paid. There seems to be two things that could be happening, they truly are experiencing having processor issues, or they're not paying out. I'm not sure they only have one wallet, but checking the dates on the transaction, not too many people are getting paid at all.Again this is SPECULATION and NOT A FACT. I have tried reaching out to their management team via EMAIL like Taylor told me to and to be patient "even if they don't respond in the first hour you email them" , but haven't received a response in 3 days. Taylor has asked me to confirm which email they should be expecting and I confirmed that. Taylor has said that it would be a long weekend because in Canada they have a federal holiday this weekend, so I'm assuming I won't hear anything until Tuesday. At this point, what I'd like from the management at JacksPay is more clear and available communication, Taylor is trying to reroute me to you guys but when I attempt to do so, there is radio silence. I'd like to know a timeframe for my remaining withdrawals, so I can hopefully get back to normal and playing. As someone who has deposited and wagered a significant amount with your guys' casino and is being ghosted like this, I fear to imagine how the casual player would be treated. Seems like casino is avoiding me, upon reaching someone on live chat, they immediately leave the room. Taylor is completely ghosting me on Signal, the app we were using to communicate throughout our whole relationship. He has asked me to contact support@jackspay.com for anything regarding withdrawals so I've been doing so. I have not received any response to any of my emails dating back to the 18th of May. I have $9533 in pending withdrawals going back to the 1st of May. Last one being 4th of May. At this point, I'm not being told otherwise so I'm assuming they're withholding my withdrawals for reasons unknown to me. I have asked multiple times if I have violated any TOS or bonused abused to which was answered that I have not nor have I bonus abused because I don't use "bonuses". I have screenshot evidence of this just to cover my bases. In my emails I've been asking for any form of update so I don't have to come to these conclusions on my own, but I've heard absolutely nothing back. I'm still hoping that this is all a terrible miscommunication and things will return back to normal. & Sydney if you could still reach out to the rep or anyone to provide an update, that would be great. They made the withdrawal experience nearly impossible before making it in fact impossible, immediately after sending a pic of my valid ID and piece of mail with my name on it, and selfie with my ID in my hand. all the while I was ignored while trying to withdrawal $50, AND canceling that withdrawal after a week waiting, wagering and “winning” more, THEN attempting another withdrawal, FINALLY after 20 min of reading terms and looking all over the web (not on their OWN website)- finding the steps to, and email address to send to, the identity verification; my account was froze with no explanation……….DONT DO IT!!! I warned ya!!!i would love to know if the ppl who claim they had “east withdrawals” actually did. I doubt it.

Avoid at all costs. They spam your inbox with free spins with crazy restrictions on them, including a vague playthrough requirement that they make up afterwards. Even if you get lucky and win the $25 max cash-out associated with some of the promotions, they will ask for your documents and then just close your account. If they will do this over $25, imagine what they would do for actual money. The cost that this dinosaur of a platform wasted on rejecting a $25 payout was likely much more than that, which is the silver lining in this cloud of a story.

Just kind of feel like if thats the case wouldnt be very fair to the roomate who doesnt even get a say or is there some type of verification they can go through or anything? Sadly I must reverse my opinion of this casino.Here is why: I received a promo deal from them and was very lucky that day, I was able to build my balance to over $1k, which was enough to cover the wagering requirements. On March 12 I logged in to continue playing and discovered that my account was locked. The live support informed me that I had more than one account and that I needed to email the support team. 3 days and 3 emails inquiries later I finally got a response from them saying: "Hey there, unfortunately we will not be opening your account due to duplicate accounts." I do not remember opening 2 accounts and don't believe that I have. If somehow, I really did, it was not intentional and I have only ever used one account. I have sent several emails asking them to please review this matter and they have stopped communicating with me. I have finally asked them to provide proof of the duplicate account, I don't believe they can. I am saddened by this. I have tried to build a good reputation because what you do follows you. I am being unfairly treated by this casino and they are damaging my hard-earned reputation.

I honestly do not remember opening duplicate accounts and, I have not been shown proof that I have. But I still would like to play at your casino and can make a deposit. I have asked several times for evidence of your claims yet I have received nothing. You say you respond to my emails but there is only the response to my original email and none of my follow up messages have gotten a response. There was a reference of me not being a depositing player and that is why you wouldn't consider working with me on this. I do not feel that I am being treated fairly.
