Terrible, terrible place to try and get winnings from . I made my first withdrawal of 245 on March 26th. Kept checking my bank but nothing arrived. Had many, many futile chat sessions, and was eventually told to send copies of my bank statement to prove I had not got any winnings...I did this...in the meantime I withdrew 150 early April and then 300 on the 19th April. After many emails tooing and frooing with the their finance department I finally today get an email saying they were pleased to tell me my 245 refund was being sent. I logged into the casino and was surprised to see 55 sitting there - I checked the banking page and they had sent the 245 refund out of my 300 winnings and placed the other 55 back into my players account!!!!

Every email to the finance department takes DAYS to get a response.

The chat advisers and managers have no way (apparently) of contacting their own finance department, and they tell the player to do it themselves (and so back you go into the endless waiting for days to get a reply).

Mistake after mistake after mistake is made.

Advisers try to be helpful but have limited English language capability (it's infuriating).

They advertise it takes 7 business days to get your money (it does not - the advisers will tell you takes 12 business days) - I still have not received one cent of any of the withdrawals!

They refuse to give details of where their Licence comes from.

They refuse to give details of whom to contact to complain.

|ll in all - it is a shambles (and yet to see if it is scam also).

The only plus side is the games are good!! lol

Started depositing here about 2 weeks ago I've made three different deposit since then all with no bonus bonuses attached. I contacted customer care and asked for a free comp chip after each deposit and the support were very courteous and professional I was comped the free chip after each deposit that I had made with no bonuses attached

Try this casino in the other day! It is one more RTG casino (much similar to all others): The registration form, it is easy. Only allow USD and AUS as currency. The mobile version, works fine and has live games, which for me, it is the best feature! The bonus i was able to redeem, only allow play the slots, so, all the other games were left untested!

I started playing at Rich Palms 6 months ago. When you win - you win big. but losing streaks can last loooong. However- it took so long for me to get withdrawal verified that I never held onto my winnings. I've had good luck on table games and some slots. When you withdraw- they give you 3 options (bank transfer, credit card, bitcoin). Withdrawal was processed within 2 weeks and showed up as reversal of charges made prior but added up to withdraw amount of $2000. Also- they only allow $500/day withdraw per method. Wish they had MatchPay or instant bitcoin withdraw. PRO: they do accept most Credit cards and the bonuses are good. I received over $1000 in real cash bonuses for joining VIP club with no strings attached.
