The first person said to go to the cashier page scored at the bottom enter the code and click activate and it should work just fine. It did not so I contacted them again the second person I got wanted to tell me that that is not one of their codes they only on our codes sent out to individual players via email from their marketing team. So I asked them how come this coupon is offered through chipy.com? He stated that they are not affiliated with chipy in any way whatsoever and reiterated that bonuses could only be honored it if sent through email via their marketing team. So and I went back and forth about how unfair that was that chipy sends so many users they're way and not only do they not honor the bonus but do you know any affiliation with them....So in the I requested my account being deleted from their site as I did not want to do business with them. So he deleted it and after I exited the site and went back to try to log in and it said user blocked.....FINE BY ME!!

2 months I've been trying to cash
So for two months I've been getting the run around from these guys. 2 months! I sent my verification documents in over and over. This last time they were perfect. It was a week ago. Now they claim they haven't reviewed them. It's one excuse after another. Friggin dreadful.

I tried to get 2 different proms that were on the website's main page not a third party but the actual casino's page and it kept saying invalid so upon chatting with an agent he informed me that both promos had expired and that it had to be an old page but if I could screenshot the promo he could see about validating it so I did he tried to say that page doesn't come up anymore so I took another screenshot circling the date n time he still tried to argue with me so I stayed either credit the promo or delete my account not thinking they were going to delete the account so before I could take a screenshot of our. Convo and post it if need be like I planned he replied ok a few moments went by I began to type so what will your decision be but before I finished he replied deleted and it closed me out without being able to revisit the page bad casino and super shady I wouldnt waste my time hope this helps someone thanks
